All Utilities and services below are provided for a flat monthly fee! Ask which of our properties include internet.

Note that quarterly pest control is performed on the building. In-unit pest control services may cost extra (see lease terms for details).

Pets

Cats and Dogs
One-Time Fee: $350 for one pet; $600 for two pets
Breed Restrictions: Breed restrictions apply.
Monthly Pet Rent: $20 per pet
Weight Limit: 40 lbs

Additional Details: Two pets max per apartment. All animals must be brought in for a required pet interview and are subject to approval by our staff. Each pet must be up to date on all vaccinations, and registration, and have the appropriate tags. Owners must also show proof of routine veterinary care.
